All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only. They cannot be used as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food, nor for human or veterinary purposes. Users must be at least 18 years old, represent themselves as qualified buyers, and comply with all applicable laws. Individuals assume full responsibility for the legality of product importation and use within their respective jurisdictions.

Products are high-purity research-grade compounds. Each batch undergoes HPLC testing, with Certificates of Analysis available for review. Product photographs serve illustrative purposes only.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). While pricing may be adjusted, the amount displayed at purchase governs that specific transaction.

By submitting an order, customers make a purchase offer. Biover Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order - including for suspected misuse, compliance, or stock reasons - with refunds provided accordingly.

Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Transactions use encrypted channels and must clear before shipment.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk and ownership transfer upon carrier receipt. Customers must provide accurate addresses and bear any customs and import costs.

All sales are final. Exceptions exist only for defective, damaged, or mislabeled items under our Return & Refund Policy.

Products are provided “as is” for research use only. Biover Labs disclaims liability for misuse or violations of these terms. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
