Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

Every product sold by Biover Labs is supplied for laboratory research use only. Our products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or household products. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or consumption, and must never be administered to, applied to or ingested by people or animals.

Products are sold only to adults aged 21 or older who represent a legitimate research organization or qualified laboratory and who will use the products for lawful laboratory research only. Before an order can be placed, every buyer must confirm each of the following at checkout:

• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I represent a legitimate research organization and will use these products for lawful laboratory research only.
• I understand these products are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or consumption.

We keep a record of these confirmations (the date and time, and the technical details of the request) together with the order.

Products may be used only in controlled laboratory settings, by people trained to handle research chemicals, following standard laboratory safety practice. You may not:

• give, administer or apply any product to a human or an animal;
• use any product in or as a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic or any consumer good;
• resell, repackage or relabel products for personal, medical or consumer use;
• make or repeat any health, dosing or results claim about our products.

You are responsible for storing, handling and disposing of products safely and for making sure your purchase and use comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your organization. Product information on this website is provided for laboratory reference only and is not medical advice.

We may decline, hold or cancel any order, and close any account, where we have reason to believe a product may be used outside this policy, or where a buyer cannot confirm the statements above. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
