1. Where we ship
We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to any address outside the United States, and we cannot ship to a country, territory or region that is not offered as a shipping destination at checkout. Orders with an address we cannot deliver to may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $2,000.00 per order, and free on orders of $25,000.00 or more. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, after payment has cleared. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by the carrier, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Delivery address and receipt
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address; we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package.
